User Registration: To access our app and use its features, and account is created per user.
Uploading Files: We allows users to upload audio files. By uploading files, you agree that you are the owner of the files or have obtained permission to upload them.
Editing and Downloading: Our app's primary function is to edit audio files. We do not claim any ownership of your edited files, and you retain all rights to them. Once editing is complete, you can download the finished files to your device.
Limited License: By uploading or downloading files and using our app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, copy, and distribute the files as necessary to provide the services of the app.
User Conduct: Users are responsible for any content they upload or download through our app. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any user account and delete any content that violates these terms of service or for any other reason at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our app is provided “as-is,” without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app or the inability to use it.
Explicity prohibited activites: You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Use our voice cloning services, including the Cloning AI, to violate the rights of a third party, including but not limited to infringing copyright, right of publicity and/or any other intellectual property rights of a third party.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site.

Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1x1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site.
Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
Use the service to generate content which violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
Use the service in any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

Use the service for the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
Use of the service: By using Voice Cloning AI you expressly represent and warrant that you
have obtained the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases and
permissions from the Speaker to use, clone and synthesize their voice.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible to
obtain the consent of the Speaker to make use of their voice and we
shall not be liable for any lack of consent thereof.
You may
create Cloned Voices by submitting voice recordings of the Speaker as
training audio (“Training Audio”). By submitting Training Audio to us,
you consent (and represent and warrant that you have obtained the
necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases and permissions of any
third-party Speakers) to our use and storage of the audio recordings
and voices you submit as follows: (i) to synthesize and otherwise use
such voices as describe herein, and to otherwise operate our Services;
(ii) for our research datasets to analyze, maintain, and improve our
voice technology, and other technology, and for other research and
development and data analysis purpose.
Rights to cloning content: You retain all rights and are solely responsible for the Training Audio you provide to us and the related Cloned Voice generated using our Voice Cloning AI (collectively “User Cloning Content”), and, therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with User Cloning Content. Notwithstanding the above, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, re-post, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute User Cloning Content on the Site or our Services or other third party websites or applications for purposes related to operating the Site or our Services including: providing, improving, promoting, developing, monetizing or facilitating our Services and use of our Services by you and other users.
